p. 177: In the bulleted list at the top of the page, all values should be lower case and monospaced; that is:

• simple
• extended
• locator
• arc
• title
• resource

p. 185: The first paragraph should read:

If an arc element does not have an xlink:to attribute, then it uses all resources in the extended link as targets. If an arc element does not have an xlink:from attribute, it uses all resources in the extended link as sources.
