Corrections to Chapter 8 of XML in a Nutshell, 2nd edition, XSL Transformations (XSLT)

p. 139: In the third paragraph, "standalone program run from the command like Michael Kay's SAXON" should be standalone program run from the command line like Michael Kay's SAXON".

p. 151: At the end of the 2nd paragraph, the sentence "For example, suppose you wanted to write a name template that changed the input name elements to empty elements with first_name, middle_initial, and last_name attributes like this:" should read "For example, suppose you wanted to write a name template that changed the input name elements to empty elements with first, initial, and last attributes like this:"

p. 152, Example 8-14: Richard Feynman's middle initial is P, not M.

p. 152, last paragraph: "but the name elements in example 8-13 aren't in no namespace." should be "but the name elements in example 8-14 aren't in no namespace." That is, change the sentence should refer to Example 8-14 instead of Example 8-13.
