p. 12: In the third paragraph, "Nonetheless, t is a well-formed XML document." should be, "Nonetheless, it is a well-formed XML document."

p. 17: In the first line of Example 2-5, http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink/namespace/ should be http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink
